Emily will lead a program to significantly enhance XPLAN’s user experience, oversee the future direction on client portals and self-directed solutions, and progress the ongoing productisation of IRESS’ APIs for client and third-party use.
She has more than 15 years’ financial services experience and has previously held senior analyst roles at Macquarie, MLC Online and with the advice platforms team at MLC/NAB. She re-joins IRESS from Rubik, now Temenos. Emily Chen was previously product manager for XPLAN at IRESS.
Last week she participated in the TedX event in Sydney Fostering the Businesses of Tomorrow.
